About
This is a multi-joint, seated pressing exercise in which you push the handles downward along a guided path, keeping them close to your body. The triceps bear the primary load, while the pectoral muscles and the anterior deltoids provide assistance.
How to do it
- 1Press the handles downward, extending your elbows while keeping your torso against the backrest.
- 2Complete the movement with your arms fully extended in a controlled manner, ensuring your shoulders remain down and your hips stay in contact with the seat.
- 3Slowly allow the handles to rise until you feel a comfortable stretch in your shoulders, then press again from that same seated position.
